Scott Geisel, MA, LPC
Scott and his wife, Colleen, first moved overseas in 2002. After two years of Mandarin Chinese language study in Taiwan, Scott provided professional counseling to the expatriate and national communities. He also conducted workshops and consulted with the counseling department of a local American School for third culture kids. Scott and Colleen birthed their first child in Taiwan (2003), their second in America (2005) and their third in Hong Kong (2007) while living in China. Before moving to Thailand in April, 2009, the family lived in China and worked with expatriates living in isolated situations.
Since the mid 1990's Scott's desire has been to empower cross-cultural workers to thrive. Acutely aware of the role that tragedy and brokenness play in the Father's design, Scott journeys with people in order to help them walk into their own story. His greatest hope is that the Father is delighted as people are freed to passionately and authentically live out their redemption.
