Kathy A. Allen, LMHC
Kathy and her husband, Averill, moved to Chiang Mai in 2007. Although new to living in Thailand, Kathy has often traveled in SE Asia during the past 8 years to provide team building and counseling services to teams. She lived for 12 years in Guatemala as well as four years in St. Petersburg, Russia, where she had a private practice serving the expatriate community. Kathy has spent the last several years in private practice in the state of Washington, USA. During that time, she also served as a consultant for several organizations, providing intake services, team building, and debriefing both in the U.S. and in SE Asia. She is able to counsel in English and Spanish. The Allens have three grown sons and two grandsons.
